She has worked extensively with a diverse range of retailers, specializing in domestic, international, and duty-free markets. Recognized as a Key Opinion Leader and industry expert, Ms. Kalaveshi has contributed her insights to renowned panels and publications, including Sourcing Magic, Première Vision NYC, Women in Retail, Miami Swim Week Fashion Summit, and Apparel Textile Sourcing Miami, among others.

In addition to leading her own retail consulting boutique, Matilda is a dedicated educator, sharing her expertise as a faculty member at Miami Dade College, where she teaches the business aspects of fashion retail. She also serves as a board member of Fashion Group International (FGI), further reinforcing her commitment to shaping the industry's future.
